Shipping
Domestic Orders
Domestic orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is included and once shipped, packages generally take 2-3 days for delivery depending on location and post office status.
A signature confirmation option is available for an added fee. If preferred, please select this additional service during check out.
Shipping is free for orders over $200. These orders will ship through USPS Priority Mail with included signature confirmation.
International Orders
Delivery
Please understand that once a package is shipped it is out of Soft Blonde’s control. To ensure secure delivery, Soft Blonde recommends choosing the USPS signature confirmation option for domestic orders. Soft Blonde is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
If an order needs to be expedited for an earlier arrival date or for any other shipping inquiries, please contact info@soft-blonde.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Soft Blonde offers returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date for purchases. Items should be returned in their original unworn condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item needs to be exchanged or returned, please contact info@soft-blonde.com within the 14 day window for follow-up instructions and return shipping information.
Repairs
Repairs on Soft Blonde jewelry are free of charge for up to a year after the purchase date. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to Soft Blonde; Soft Blonde will cover the shipping costs back to the customer.
After a year from the purchase date, repairs on Soft Blonde jewelry are available for a fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Care & Storage
Natural shells are often incorporated into Soft Blonde jewelry pieces. Due to the organic nature of the materials, shell jewelry items are fragile. Please handle with love and care. Dirt and debris can be removed from shell jewelry using a soft cloth and mineral oil, minding the metal hardware.
Some metals such as bronze and silver oxidize over time when exposed to air and moisture. Avoid wearing jewelry when bathing and swimming. Remove jewelry beforehand if using perfume, sprays, or applying makeup as they contain ingredients that can build up or react with some metals. Stay away from wearing jewelry during high impact activities where jewelry may come into contact with hard surfaces or high pressure.
To clean bronze and silver jewelry, use a very soft brush with warm water and gentle soap to remove dirt and debris. To remove tarnish, use a polishing cloth with metal polish. Avoid using paper towels and tissues as the fibers from these materials can leave small scratches in the metal and dull a high polish finish.
A complimentary Sunshine polishing cloth is included with every Soft Blonde purchase. This cloth is impregnated with a polishing compound and is ready to use. No need to add any additional compound; use this cloth dry.
Be mindful to care for your jewelry when storing. Anti-tarnish strips can be placed in your storage container to absorb pollutants in the air that cause tarnishing. Storing jewelry in a plastic bag can also slow the oxidation process. As a reminder, Soft Blonde jewelry containing natural shells require additional care. When traveling please store Soft Blonde jewelry in the original boxes or a similar container.
